Initializes the communications parameters for a specified communications device.

Parameters

handle : PyHANDLE

The handle to the communications device.

dwInQueue : int

Specifies the recommended size, in bytes, of the device's internal input buffer.

dwOutQueue : int

Specifies the recommended size, in bytes, of the device's internal output buffer.
