Return a property sheet page handle for the spedified type (TASKPAGE_TASK,TASKPAGE_SCHEDULE,TASKPAGE_SETTINGS)

Parameters

tpType : int

Type of page to retreive (TASKPAGE_TASK,TASKPAGE_SCHEDULE,TASKPAGE_SETTINGS)

PersistChanges : bool

Indicates if changes should be saved automatically
