SetConsoleWindowInfo(Absolute, ConsoleWindow)

Changes size and position of a console's window

Parameters

Absolute : boolean

If False, coordinates are relative to current position

ConsoleWindow : PySMALL_RECT

A SMALL_RECT containing the new window coordinates
